No experience is needed for our painting sessions as we focus more and the experience or art as a tool for self expression and emotional release.

Getting started is simple. Just sign up for one of our sessions through the calendar link.

We provide all necessary materials so all you need to do is come as you are.

Yes we encourage you to sign up for sessions with friends but we also encourage classes with strangers as strangers can turn to friends.

Our sessions are 90 minutes long and follow a series of activities that help you get grounded and remain present during the experience.

Light refreshments will be available before and after workshop sessions.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session. This allows time to settle in, get comfortable, and begin the meditation on time.
